Rocketts Landing is a 25 city block project that is well underway in Richmond, Virginia. Ultimately it will be comprised of approximately 2000 residential units in high rise and single family dwellings. It will have a harbor, marina and hotel. There will be a retail, shopping and dining district on the James River as well as over 1 million square feet of commercial space. The construction build-out will exceed 1 billion dollars.
