GOALS

The goal of WVS is to develop projects that enhance the local community and the natural and built environment. WVS strives to create value in populated municipalities that understand that progressive urban development also promotes sound economic growth. This means building large and complex mixed use communities for the long run in accordance with the best urban design principles. Recovering brownfields and rejuvenating outdated river environments are also examples of previous WVS developments. To capture the best long-term value WVS always uses up scale materials to include outstanding architecture and sound construction techniques.
